Rescue Rideout, so not this Sunday for me Bill. But I'll be looking to do it again before very long. Summer may be nearing it's end, but I'm fingers crossed for some nice autumn weather too! :)

Yes Fizzy, i rode with some lads last year and their favourite route was Llandovery up to Newtown,, i ride half of it to Crossgates cafe, thats the turn point for us back home,
I have a mate coming over on Sunday from Coventry, i promised him we would make the seaside,Aberwystwth,so we will propably go up from Llandovery then turn for Rhayader and also turn down through Devils Bridge back road to Aber, then back on the A44 towards leominster, it will be a fair ride for him.

Well that was one of the best day's riding I've ever had. Thanks to Bill and friends for that. Foc me, some of that was fast! I learned to once again trust my bike and the tyres today - friggin hell, I had to! Bill's mate (gsxr750) and me went haring off after an R1 and what appeared to be a stripped down blade - the R1 gave up after a while! The Blade guy was a foccin' fast rider, but I suspect he knew the roads - he didn't lose us tho', on his tail all the way  :D . Very hard work, 100% concentration, and once again I'm totally knackered! 345 miles today, enjoyed every one!  :) :)
Couldn't photo the breakfast Noggy, that went too fast too  :lol

Im well jealous though!!!!

At the moment, the LoFos seem to get the best groups together for a ride out, on the most regular basis. So what of everyone else? Come on Welsh Foccers, join in the fun - don't let a bunch of south-easterners shame you like this! You've got a biking mecca over there, I for one can't resist it. We've got to get a good group run in Wales sometime soon. Noggy isn't the only one over there!

Noggy, I don't always ride like we did today - I wouldn't survive very long if I did! I'm always happy to let someone else set the pace. Bill's other mate (zzr1400) had an off day today and so wasn't on form - he got sympathy cos we all have those. Bill had a very good reason for hanging back a bit (I'll let him explain if he chooses to), I just happened to be in the sweet spot today.
