After 10 years I've finally waved goodbye to my trusty FZ600 Gone, but probably not disappeared from this board. As it's now in the (highly skilled and mechanically sensitive ) hands of Sunny Intervals (or razgruff, for those of you who've been around here a while) So.......what should I buy next? Saw a new Honda Nsomething auto at the NEC and a very attractive Moto Guzzi V7 at the Excel show The search is on

I'm planning to pitch up about 9am for a cuppa and a stroll on the seafront. Very late notice, so not really a meet invite, just wondered if anyone else was out and about

Yeah I know, I've been trying to quit for years! But this time I've made it to day 6. So far so good using the cold turkey method. I've been grumpy, bad tempered, restless and wanted to rip the heads off small children BUT I'm feeling better for it and looking forward to a smoke-free future. Hopefully I'll notice the difference when I get back into training for my first enduro event this year. Got a Kawasaki MX125 up and running, goes like the wind, falls over easily and is light enough to pick up again

Well, OK, Stoneleigh isn't the most international of locations, but the dirt bike show was good. Did anyone else go? I got some bargain off road boots. There was an amazing live display of extreme mountain biking skills and the usual bike show frippery, overpriced food, underdressed promo girls and loads of bikes.

Yep, in the true tradition of 'bodge it and scarper' I removed the right hand fairing inner by completely destroying the two plastic fasteners that hold it on. So, does anyone have a couple of these lying around, or know where I can get them from?

Just had a 'drop the bike' moment and the right hand indicator is still working, but the base has become detached from the fairing. I'm not very strong and haven't been able to either push or pull the base of the indicator back through the (now cracked) hole. So, my question is this..... ....is it possible just to 'pop' the base back into position, or will it need glueing, sticking etc?

I'm posting this in here 'cos I can't make the yuku board do what I want today!! Anyhow, just thought I'd share my excitement with the group after doing a Ron Haslam race school day last week. This is also a trial run to see if my photo appears in the post!! The day was brilliant. I'd done one before, but still have SO much to learn about riding a bike. Mostly it's a confidence thing, I can't quite bring myself to trust the bike and carry more corner speed or climb around the bike and hang off the seat So as the photo (hopefully) shows, there's no chance of knee down action yet! Very impressed with the CBR600 - I'd never ridden a sports 600 before - it was a revelation Light, easy to steer, no clunky gear changes, neutral handling, fantastic bike. I'm so tempted, though the trusty Fazer may never forgive me

Frazer, I sent a message to your Farjo username (well I think that's what I did), could you let me know if you receive anything. I'm not confident that it definitely worked, because I couldn't see anything in the 'Sent Items' section afterwards

I've managed to register, but can't find where to add a picture to my profile. Frazer, I noticed that on the main menu at the top of the screen Hot Poop is now Hot Poo - is this intentional, or just a field size issue?
