Home made tyre bead breaker.
« on: 08 May 2022, 11:54:16 pm »
Hi all
There are many ways to skin a cat, I thought I'd share this little gem I devised. I used my home gym frame as a fulcrum but you can use any fixed object

Necessity is the mother of invention 😉

Ingenious. I like it and I like to see what others make and recycle as I often find myself doing that sort of thing.
This is a bead breaker I made a few years ago from what I had lying around. Not my finest creation and somewhat over complicated, but it does the job.

Brilliant 👍
I love a good contraption, really good to see other people's contraptions too, good for new ideas for future contraptions 😁

My old man somehow ended up with a go kart bead breaker you can just about make it work on a 16' rim, its sucks but just about works.
