Which cylinder is it and when you say broke what do you mean, has it just snapped off or is it stripped and just turning

Had to be the inside didn't it.  :\

Ok when you say snapped off do you mean: -

1. The isolator but the plug body (nut) is still there and you just can't turn it?
2. It's snapped off at the base of the body leaving the threaded nose of the plug in the head?
3. Is the body just turning in the head?

Some picture would be good.

If it's just the porcelain bit broken off I'd try soaking the plug body with releasing oil before taking the head off....

Just had the same with mine, snapped off directly below the nut (metal sheared cleanly right at the bottom of the nut with lower porcelain broken below it) so have the threaded bit and a lot of the porcelain & electrode still in the head. Bike is a daily commuter used year round (86k) so fair amount of corrosion which I assume will mean getting the head off will be a nightmare.

Any thoughts?
