Inconsiderate parking

Loads of other empty spaces yet these two park in the only spaces reserved for motorcycles!
How can they not see or not understand the instruction on the floor?  :\

It would be nice to park a ring of bikes around them buuuuuuuuuuuut as mentioned - they are French, so wouldn't want any of my bikes catching rust  :lol
Those are my principles...if you don't like them I have others.

This used to happen years ago when I used to commute into London. Fortunately we had an endless supply of sticky labels in the office, and I found one stuck to the middle of the windscreen with some suitable 'advice' written on it acted as a deterrent  :)

I dont think they are doing anything wrong as the markings say--- Not Or Cycles Only
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
