Hi all just got a 07 fz6 and looking at fitting some  after market exhaust but i have some questions

I have a mate who said if i fit an after market exhaust to the bike then the bike is not going to run right ?

he said i would need to get a power commander for the bike to run right because the ecu is set up for the oem exhaust

and not the  after market exhaust  can some one help me please

  I am also presuming that if I do change the exhaust, etc. it will need tuned to cope with the changes, is this true ???
 
 All help greatly appreciated and cheers very much in advance.

This can is in good used  condition, the only thing that lets it down is the mark where the hanger strap has been  its a deep mark where the strap has been tighten a bit too much 

there is the odd slight marks on the can  (see pic). This does not effect the exhaust in any way, a very  nice exhaust.

yes it will fit other bikes  its about 52mm for the pipe i had this on my fzs600  it has the e marks for road use its just a bit too quit for me that the reason i am selling it has i have got a stubby on now


This can sounds awesome which is what would would expect buying a can of this quality. Why put a cheap and nasty can on your pride and joy when you can buy this one

up for grab's is  a HowellA Performance high quality stainless steel stubby exhaust  was manufactured for my Yamaha Fzs 600  1998

The exhaust  is a highly polished . this will fit other bikes the exhaust is  slightly  baffled but are still loud too loud to use at 4 am going to work for me and too loud for me . One high quality exhausts had it on the bike for two days I would like to get some of my money back for it.

well what can I say well They are baffled but are still loud  no there focking load too load Mr  would well have me .

well cut a long story short the guy who made the exhaust for me is making some other baffle to go in the exhaust

to quiting it down a bit   

will post some pics and video when its done and the new baffle fitted .

Speeding biker hits 156mph on motorcycle - dangerous or careless?

A MANIAC on a bike weaves between cars in a lethal 156mph police chase. Frightening footage of the pursuit on the busy A1 motorway was captured by a camera on board a police motorbike.
 Peter Clarke, 44, was seen in eight minutes of footage undertaking and scraping through small gaps on his powerful Suzuki.
 Despite claiming he was in total control at all times — and insisting it was built for speed — he was convicted of dangerous driving but still walked free.
 Clarke, from Sutton St Edmund, Lincs, had admitted speeding but denied the second charge.
 He was convicted by a majority verdict following a trial at Peterborough Crown Court.
 Clarke did not notice the cop behind him on the north-bound carriageway near Alconbury, Cambs, and was stopped near Sawtry.
Hang on...weren't the Police speeding as well? You can't have it all ways...one rule for them and one for us...wouldn't it be nice to live your life the way you wanted, ?
