Loose levers
« on: 10 March 2012, 05:50:27 pm »
Hi guys,

Just done bike safe with the police which I can't recommend enough. Great blokes, great fun and I learnt loads.

Now to the point. I have a little up and down play in both the clutch and front brake levers. On the pull side they work fine but they do move up and down.

Is this simply a case of tightening up some screws/bolts or is it just age ? 1998 FZS 600.

Hi Oxygen,

Mine are a little loose - the clutch more so.  But that probably has more to the wife reversing my bike over with the car...
