Rev counter in the wrong position

Hi all
i did the blue led clock mod went all back together fine but went to use my bike and the rev counters not working right. Its like its stuck before where it is meant to start am i going to need to take the clocks apart again and put it back in the right spot???

It's a pain I know, but I had to do it few times to get my blue lights working, only thing was it was the 2nd or third time I put them in that I realised it was easier just to take of the screen
+1 rehab point for me  :lol

I was suprised all the leds worked first time. Its just the rev counter getting stuck  :rolleyes
