Anyone know of any short cuts?
Chuff me, had a look at the manual, reads like a major task. Remove tank/airbox/radiator etc. Anyone know of any short cuts?

There's a description of the technique here: http://www.sportbikes.net/forums/fz6-fz6r/361128-how-replace-your-sparkplugs-20-minutes.htmlI think (although I've not tried it yet, that you could just unbolt the radiator and support it to give better access without having to take the whole thing off, but do that at your own risk!Looks like its worth a go then
