fork oil weight

hi
i think its time to change the fork oil on my fz6 as im  a large man (92kg) what weight would you recomend??

I think 15w is too much to be honest, when I had my F6 I was 104kg and 10w was what I put in when I refreshed the forks, which was fine.

I put 5w in my FZ1 forks last night as it was all I had, I'm only 94kg now but it was boing boing boing this morning, bought some more 10w today!

I put 15 in my FZs6 and that was like a new bike- mind you the old oil was probably knackered and any new oil would have felt good

Silly question but do the fork tops off later FZS6's that are adjustable fit on the later FZ6S bikes- are the diameters even the same? I guess not but thought I would ask

I dont know would love to have some preload too as when  are lass gets on theres not much suspension left  :rollin
