I'd like to raise the bars a small amount, what's the best way, risers or different bars ? Renthall do several types but which bar will give a small raise ?

If you're happy with your current bars, I'd have thought risers were your best route. Straightforward enough to do, just make sure cables/wiring have sufficient movement.
