Wordpress mate. Install that on your hosting platform, pick a theme you like and you will be 90% there. I'm not a "web developer" per se, but I have done at least 4 or 5 of these sites now and it's dead easy. The last one I did was this:

Took a day to get it all done, then another day tweaking colours etc to something the guy liked.  Some of the sites done with Wordpress are proper amazing.

A man of your calibre will have no bother with it.

I'm an amateur dabbler and, like you, I've done a few sites in the past.  Your shopping facility is brilliant though - never done that.  Does Wordpress give you the tools to do that too?

Yeah mate, it's an add-on (free of course) called woo commerce. You also get some themes that are designed to integrate it.
