Speedo drive cable
« on: 13 April 2015, 03:09:10 pm »
Hi all...

well I've not figured out that my lack of speedo isn't the rotor, or sensor, or indeed the clocks themselves...

I've managed to cut the actual speedo sensor cable in half... probably caught it on the brake disc somehow...

anyway..... my question is...

Can this cable be soldered back together OK????

just to answer this myself so save anyone the bother....

yes... yes you can...  :rollin

3 small wires inside the cable, I've soldered them all up... and now have a fully functional speedo/odometer again...
