fit the pod to the bike and plywood to the pod them fill a strong plastic bag with wet bathroom sealant. then sit on it in riding position until it sets, remove bag fit to ply and cover with pvc or a shrink wrap and hey presto bespoke seat pad

Are you basically suggesting I make a mould out of my own arse?  :rollin :rollin

Umm make a whole seat pad molded to fit your arse ;)   


you want custom, what's more custom than that?


You could possibly even sandwich a layer of bubble wrap (large bubbles) in to the wet silicone as an attempt to form air pockets for extra comfort
