Speed sensor
« on: 17 April 2014, 10:06:48 pm »
Evening guys,

Today I had my tyres replaced on my 1998 Fazer. Unfortunately the speed sensor washer tabs snapped whilst swapping the front tyre. Does anyone know where I could get one ? And also do I have to by the complete unit including the cable or can I just replace the tab washer ?

Hopefully I have explained this a ok. Still in the learning stages of bikes !

Danny

Not bought one for the fazer, but had to get one for my Diversion about a year or so back, got it from AJSutton, found they were quicker and not as expensive as my local bike shop.
Have a look on their website
The voices told me to do it !!

Yeah- get the newer one with the plastic tabs, more resilient!

Should be about £15 from Fowlers (can order through dealer) - don't forget to add plenty of grease!
