Anyone know a good website for custom oil lines (like the braided type for brakes)? Or maybe someone local to south east who offers this service?

Try 'Venhill'. They custom make brake lines and cables and stuff. Don't know about oil lines because I've never had any from them but I would think they do. There items are top quality in my opinion.
