Fitted lever protectors on to stop my Oxford Muffs pushing against the levers. Seems to work. Also had new gold DID chain fitted. The last chain lasted a proxy 4500 miles. Expecting at least 12k from this chain.

Expecting at least 12k from this chain. 4500 miles Fit a Scottoiler... my DID VX chain done almost 16k so far and been adjusted 3 times (two of those was when the wheel was out for a tyre) since. I did fit a new sprocket a couple of weeks ago (at 15k), but at £8/each that's not a big deal.
4.5K!! Lubricate your chain man! You should see at least 30k from a chain...

Refitted the exhaust ( anyone know what the correct torque is for the header nuts ) , and reconnected the EXUP cables which I labelled T & B , i'm getting forgetfull in my old age . Also pulled the leads off the plugs and labelled them NO,NI,OI,OO .
