The seat was the original but was re-padded and re-covered.The torque arm came from a breakers on ebay. The Foxeye upgrade took a couple of years to put together as sourcing the parts was not easy, especially the fairing bracket, thats the only one I've come across, so that will be your main problem I would think. There is a thread on here somewhere that was put together when I did it,it has the wiring diagram you will need to upgrade to the foxeye lights and other pieces of information about doing the mod.If you can source all of the parts it's a nice mod to do.
It's strange I had no interest in the bike when I put it up for sale on here. But since I've sold it I've had no end of enquires,

The bike is sold.

I'm selling my FZS600 as I'm getting a bigger bike.
All the usual gumph -  Bike has been very well looked after, service history up to 8000 miles, since then the previous owner and  myself have done all of the servicing. Oil and filters changed annually, coolant changed last year, new brake pads fitted 1500 miles ago, recent carb balanced, new Metzler Z6 tyres fitted yesterday.
The bike is in very nice condition - it has a few age related marks, as you would expect. I've owned it for four years and it runs and rides superbly - it's been totally reliable. It's been kept under cover and not used through the winter, just the engine run every week.

A whole array of tasteful upgrades including:

Foxeye fairing.
Hel braided brake lines
TCP belly pan
Rear hugger
FZS1000 rear brake caliper upgrade.
Ermax undertray.
Simmi carbon exhaust.
Renthal ultra low handlebars.
Stainless downpipes.
Stainless bleed nipples on all of the brake callipers.
Iridiun plugs
K&N air filter.
New uprated 12mm front sprocket nut.
Brand new Metzler Z6 tyres (done 15 miles)
Fazer tool kit.

The bike has done 16500 miles and will come with 12 months MOT.
The chain and sprockets are in good condition, but I do have a brand new genuine Fazer chain and sprocket set that I can sell with the bike at a bargain price.

Yours for just £1650

Any questions, feel free to message me.

FZS600 Fazer / Re: Changing exhaust to high level
« on: 30 October 2013, 05:55:57 pm »
No, I've drawn a blank with it at the moment.Devil got back in touch with me and said they had stopped making them and had no parts left.Something will turn up at some point probably when I'm least expecting it that's how it seems to work with these things in my experience,I'm in no rush I'll just wait and see what happens..

I have a carbon end can which I'm going to use so only need the link pipe and bracket,The style of the devil link pipe is what I'm looking for.I've contacted them to see if they sell the link pipe separately.

That's the one.I just want the link pipe and a bracket (which I can make myself if needs be). It'll be interesting to see if the link pipe is available and the cost.

I'm thinking of changing my exhaust to high level as a winter project, has anyone attempted this?If so,what link pipe and fixing bracket did you use?

Forgot to add it has a 25mm jack-up kit fitted as well.

Not been out that much this year to be honest. I've had loads on so only really been out on spur of the moment rides once or, if I'm lucky, twice a week.
