Totally agree with Gnasher "Chains with correctly fitted/adjusted SO will not need adjusting in 1000's of miles. " First thing I fit to a bike!

A simple corrosion preventative that I have always used on my bikes is to spray all connectors with WD40 a couple of times per year. I also squirt it into all the handlebar switches. Worked for me so far.

Also as you lean over, the effective diameter of your wheel is reduced because you are moving from the crown of the tyres to the shoulder of the tread. This means that you would then be travelling at a slower speed than your corner entry speed unless you open the throttle to compensate.

I presume that the Montreal 3 an update to the 2 which I have. I've been happy with it in all weathers and it recently stood up well to a very wet and near freezing ride in Scotland.

Recently fitted the Wesmoto rear and front race. Good quality and fitted well.
