Title: Free to good home
Post by: Nellog on 07 November 2015, 07:29:06 pm
Replaced my tank protector recently. The one I took off - an eagle face - is in perfect condition and still plenty sticky. It would be a shame to throw it away so it's free to a good home (to save you the research, they're around £18 from Keiti).
I'm in Grimsby.

Thanks, Noggythenog and Fazerscotty. Nice to get such quick feedback! I've had the 1000 for only 5 weeks now, upgrading from the 600, so I'm on a mahoosive learning curve. I'll be having some fun going through the FOC forums over these miserable winter nights, looking for tips and tricks.

It's yours, Sinto.
As for wife/girlf. I'd have swapped the last one for a pair of Metzlers! I couldn't find a taker so I gave her away in the end. Right - over to the intro page. . .

Oops. Apologies, Fazersharp. Certainly no offence meant. I'm defo in no place to do that - I'm a newbie. The 1000 came up and I couldn't resist. The 600 did me real proud the 15 months I rode her (still got her - garaged for now). Took me round the Pyreness in May (see my profile pic) and up and around central England without a murmur. I plan doing more touring so the 1000 seemed logical.
