Is your blackberry configured with the open zone login details then?

Seems to be a common issue with BT as they take higher priority for connections than other services. Im not familiar with the play book but go to your wifi settings and see if theres anything that can be done to set your Sky as default / disable connection to BT?? Hope this helps somewhat . Gary

On most devices, you are able to tell the device to "forget" the BT access points, and maybe even manually rearrange its priority list. Never used a Playbook or a Blackberry even, but there should be some way of finding something like that squirrelled away in a settings submenu.  :)

on my blackberry under the 'manage wifi' settings I can configure the wi-fi networks I want to connect to. I'm pretty sure that to connect to a wi-fi (even a BT openzone job) you need to have the SSID configured in this area at least - see if it's there and if it is, delete it.
