I might be wrong but I thought Luke sold that one on some years before he passed away. Nice to see it's still in good condition and clearly been looked after if that's the case. Those of us who've been around Fazers for a few decades ( ) will recall how much of Luke's genius and commitment went into the creation of that bike, which went through quite a few evolutions before it finished up the way you see it now. What a great way to be reminded of a really great bloke.
Regarding the price, while it is a very trick bike with single sided swing arm and rim disc brake, as @Gnasher would say these trick bits do not increase the value of the bike if they are replacing existing parts. A 2001/25k FZS in good condition goes for £2000-2600. So this dealer is essentially asking £3600 for custom front and read ends, and some other parts on a bike that is in average condition, in fact it needs a proper valet which the dealer or the actual owner should have done before putting it up for sale
The last MOT had a single advisory classified as dangerous..."sharp objects protruding from the front fairing"
