Brake lever guard
« on: 08 December 2020, 07:38:14 pm »
Reqd for all trackdays for next year, brake guards. No point arguing the toss/merits etc, gotta have them. Photo is the one from my FZ6 S2, and its a fair weight. I would imagine the weight acts against bar vibrations, but I can't seem to find a brake lever guard that is compatible with the screw thread, and isn't made from lightweight materials. Has anyone got guards fitted to their bikes that may do the job?

Managed to find a set to fit the Fazer. There are advertised as fitting the MT09, no mention of the FZ6 S2, and I couldnt find any that looked remotely like fitting. I measured up my existing bar ends and then rang M&P and asked them to check the measurements against one from the warehouse. Feedback positive, I bought a pair, and fitted them this morning.

They fit fine, so if anyone else needs guards, these are a straight swap for the existing bar end weight
