Having checked those codes, the one thing in common is an ECU issue. I would suggest that it could be a loose or dirty ECU connector block.
I'd be inclined to remove the connector from the ECU and clean all the connections with a contact cleaner/restorer.
Personally I use duck oil or ACF50 but there are many others out there. If this doesn't work follow the loom and clean all the connector blocks feeding the ECU.
I recently lost my dash and lights and both front indicators would stay on but only dimly and the high beam indicator would light up but no high beam.
Turned out to be a dirty connector block behind the left hand fairing panel

According to friends mechanic the ECU is ok and he is saying it's the oxegen sensor.
As far as I know the bike is standard apart from the exhaust. Replacement O2 sensors are proving hard to find apart from America!

You can buy O2 sensor eliminators on ebay for about £10 to £15 ,

Yes, just unplug lead from lambda sensor and connect eliminator, bit of a faff to get to it but thats all.
When you fit a power commander you get one with it , I assume it is just to trick the ecu into thinking the lambda is still connected and then no fault codes will show.

so is this a common fault when replacing the exhaust?

Not seen this issue occur before in the forum, and as I'm looking to replace the original pipes on my bike, is this some thing that can potentially cause a problem?

cheers

Back again !
The bike starts fine, idles fine but then starts to die as the bike warms up. When it has warmed up there are almost continuous flames coming out the exhaust which ends up glowing inside like a red hot poker !!
If they change the ECU, does it have to be flashed to suit that bikes key ?
Many thanks.

Sounds like serious over fueling there.
Does the bike still have the Cat because if it has it is focced now.
Last time I saw something like that was in a car and we had to replace both upstream and down stream Lambda sensors and the Cat

Flames out of exhaust are usually caused by over fueling, i.e. the bike is running very rich. But usually these bikes run quite lean as standard and adding an aftermarket can or air filter makes it even leaner.
So it is also possible that is running too lean and that is not good.
Blue flames mean it is oxygen rich and indicates an air leak,  running lean.
Yellow flames is petrol being burnt, running rich.
