not for me midden im a kitchen sink and all camper these days mate. the country roads look great noggy, i rode the elan valley last year and missed a lot of the scenery cos you never know when theres going to be a sheep in the road round the next bend.still thats what going somewhere different is all about.

Cheers Red, mighta known youd pop up when someone mentioned sheep eh.....where's CRH mehhhhh!!!...ye i did think about taking the tank bag off, if i'd known how nice the pic would be i would have done, maybe replaced it with a hot female........or a cold sheep! :b

Camping wise...i. Sure theres a few options where theres showers and toilets etc......sadly im on a no alcohol for 1 year challenge so im not particularly arsed about being near a pub as it should be more about the riding i reckon but that depends on the general concensus....if folk wanna be at the pub then thats what it'll be....if most are happy with a carryout i stead then great.

I usually head for the campsite at Llandovery for mid Wales. CafĂ© and shops on the doorstep, good shower facilities etc, and on the doorstep for the finest riding  :)
But if anyone has other preferences, I'd be ok with that. Not a great drinker myself, but happy if people want to hit the pub in the evenings too - but this trip is more about giving folks an opportunity to experience the great Welsh roads, so probably not a good idea to get completely wasted in the evenings anyway  ;)

I'd be up for a bank holiday weekend to do this as well if there are any takers - if not, I'll probably do a second trip anyway  :D

I am interested in this not sure how busy life is going to be through the summer yet so I will keep an eye on how the plan develops and join in if I can.
