Looking for a front pair of footrests.
I'm not bothered what state the actual pegs are in as just want the brackets and springs, cheap as possible as it's for a project.

You can complain to the council about noise, the police about issues with people entering your property and also the brewery that owns the pub as for the wall the only thing you could do is erect a fence on your side.

PS. I'd be extremely grateful if anyone can translate the Ohlins reference into plain English in terms of suitable rider weight etc.
Dad bought in 09 from a pal who bought new 2 or three years earlier To suit a 12-13stone rider, which was spot on for him at the time, shock has been fine and only selling after trashing Faz and replacing with FZ but he never exactly push it, in terms of finding its limits
Ref: 01091 -26/85 L204
Again any help is appreciated
Col
From the net.... according to my Ohlins manual, Spring: 1091-31/95 L042 "L042" is a variable production serial number. Only the first numbers indicate spring specs (1091 is length, 31 is a spring rate code, 95 is Newton /mm spring rate).

Glad you came to a decision,
We just got the Twenty20 range in recently and had the same worries about "cheap bulbs" but after testing them, they were brilliant (some of us even have them). Impressively they do have a 2 year guarantee (One year longer than Osram and Philips) on the Twenty20 Daylight & Hybrid bulbs, but all in all no complaints so far
-Rowen
Had nightbreakers in as dipbeam bulbs which don't seem to last long in the wife's motor so I just fitted a set of these H7 Twenty20 Daylight Upgrade Headlight Bulbs in it, they are not as good as nightbreakers, they produce a more yellow light and don't define the road so well as the nightbreakers so the vision isn't as good.
It has night breakers in the main beam so you can see the colour difference when switching between the 2, will see how long they last but don't think I'll be getting another set.

For me, Orange wheels, huggar centre orange with black sides and gold mesh, not a fan of extended swing arm's but I get the impression this bike looks far better in the flesh. Individuality is key, It'd be a boring world if we all thought the same. Nice job Luke!

http://www.motoringassist.com/ A policy and service for YOU GEM breakdown cover is personal. This means you are covered, as a driver or passenger, in any of your vehicles. So you're covered for: - car breakdown
- motorcycle breakdown
- caravan breakdown
- motorhome and small trailer breakdown
- Van breakdown (vans are covered as long as the GVW is less than 2500 kgs)
We're also on call if you're driving a hired or borrowed vehicle. We can even help if you fall ill at the wheel. We look after you. We can cover up to four drivers in your household so you can all be covered, whatever you drive. We provide the best breakdown cover available on a budget. When you compare our policies with similar ones, you'll find we're up to 48% cheaper.

FZ1 is 2006 and up. And they don't need jettin. Do u mean FZS 01-05 ?
01-05 were called FZ1 in the US mate so I would think that will be what's printed on the kit

I'm told that car parking can be a bugger there, cos loads of people go in cars to load up with spares 'n' stuff from the autojumble. If not biking weather, I'll probably give it a miss, but let's think positive
Car parking is accross the road, there is now a pedestrian underpass which takes you into the showground.

The backlight of the LCD is fixed. You can change it if you have the proper tools but it would have been much more easy before assembly.. Anyway, I could guide you how to do it.
I was considering the same idea of changing the colour illumination so a guide would be great

The bike looks ok, but the ad doesn't. It was posted 14 days ago and says 'MOT until 23-05-14'. You would have thought it would say no MOT, or the seller would have got it MOT'd. So is it an MOT failure, or because the ad been renewed after it hasn't sold all year? Seems a nice clean bike with all the old MOTs and service history.
Maybe should be 23-05-15 and just a mistake.
