Thanks for the replies gents.
I did try searching for the email address using the "Members" feature in the ribbon above but it returned 0 results  :\
You never know, if it is genuine, the sender will see this thread and chip in  :)

Hi Foccers.

I've just received an email in my Gmail Inbox from noreply@foc-u.co.uk but I have no corresponding message on our website.
Does anyone know if the email is genuine or is it a scam?

When I hover my mouse over the noreply address another personal-type email address is displayed - simon@prince.uk.net.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice you can give.

Dave

Fitted a replacement exhaust hanger on my Beowulf can,
Excellent service from Beowulf, who replaced the broken one FOC, even though the can is 8 years old  :thumbup

Absolutely Coffee!!
He is really gambling with some of his overtakes.

He took Redding out in BSB last year with a lunge up the inside into a corner and Redding wasn't best pleased either.

There's no doubting he's quick but his decision making is a bit dodgy!!

Same here Coffee.
Always been a fan of Redding and he seems a really genuine guy.
Love to see him on the MotoGP Duke sticking it to Marquez  :D

Is this the demise of KRT and Jonathan Rea as well?
Kwak really seemed to be struggling on the weekend.

Fitted a pair of LED bulbs (thanks again Mr kebab19) to the mighty thou, to replace the OEM ones.
What a difference - fantastic.

Also replaced the standard turn signal lamps on the clocks motherboard with green LED bulbs.
Absolutely vast improvement.
Don't think I'll ever be caught out leaving the indicators on again  :D

These are the turn signal bulbs (in green) I bought from FleaBay - £2.99 for a pack of 10 - bargain!!

I think you'll really like it when installed  :D

Beautiful looking machine  :)
Love the Pipe Werx exhaust too.
Had the same one on a 52 plate foxeye FZS600 a couple of years ago and it sounded awesome.

I had an advisory on my last MOT for play in the linkage.
Apparently, it's quite normal for the FZS 1000 setup - obviously as long as it's not excessive / out of tolerance, as previously mentioned.

Couldn't agree more - best colour combination you can get IMHO.
Me & OGRI48 (Paul) have the same, and wouldn't have it any different  :D

Grahamm, you're absolutely spot regards the original Radio 4 series  :thumbup
I used to be allowed to stay up late on a school night to listen to it at 10:30pm when it was first aired back in 1978 - it was truly amazing and way ahead of its time.
Can you imagine kids today having to listen to the radio for their entertainment???!!!!
Those were the days eh?? :D

+1 with the Dude for Dean Koontz novels - they are extremely good reads.
My favourite being "Intensity", which had me gripped from start to finish.

I've never been the biggest fan of autobiographies, until I read "My Shit Life So Far" by Frankie Boyle.
I cannot remember being so entertained and, in places quite moved, by what seems to be a genuine, warts and all, self portrait - excellent.

If you like thrillers, I recently read "I Am Pilgrim" by Terry Hayes - astounding novel that grips from start to finish and really makes you ponder what might actually be going on in the world that we know little or nothing about. One of my favourite books ever.

If I had to choose one book, it would be "Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy" by Douglas Adams - quite possibly the best book ever written. Had me physically laughing out loud on many occasions and the only book I've read 3 times.
