Ricky,
The 3.5 is what I've found to be what is required when changing both the oil and filter, it works for me, the oil level just to the top of the sight glass, no problems in 72,000 miles.

I've found that 3l will only put the level about half way between the high and low marks, like you. So I always now add another 100/150 cc to bring up to the top mark.
Also when you change the filter as well you should put 3.5l in, but I still add the extra 100/150cc.

Robby, I have one of these; http://www.motorcyclegelpad.co.uk/index.html (I've got the riders extra large) Yes it helps, can do 400 - 500 mile days, they're not that easy to steal while you're sitting on them, and when you stop just unclip it and put it in the tank bag/pannier/top box or take it with you. don.

We camped , brought tickets for the concentration' the only camping in the circuit, but they did sell out fast, all gone by March. Where we camped was great, mini olive grove overlooking the Med, toilets and showers on site as well.
Our campsite was bikes only, so only a few revving bikes at all hours, not as bonkers as it use to be!
Would I go again, yes.

Just received an email from BT, their are going to charge £5.00 per month to continue watching moto gp. You can opt out but have only access to BT sport 1 but no moto gp.

Hi,
I'm after a LHS Gen 1 infill, a complete one would be great, but a broken one, if the 6 inches nearest tank is ok. Mine has broken by the mount that is above the radiator filler cap.
Thanks for looking, I thought I'd try here before buy a new one (dealer wants £42 for a new one)

A quick one week trip to Austria to do the Grossglocker and Stevio passes amonst others. 2000 miles in 8 days. Lots of snow above 2000 meters. No view from the top as it was low cloud and snowing!
Grossglocker (first two pics), Stevio (second two)

Checked the bike over for it's MOT. Cleaned brakes and fitted new pads in the front.

Got round to fitting the sat nav today, using the ram mount on the left handlebar, similar to Tmation's 550. Wired in so that I can remove the cradle and wire when the sat nav is not being used, only the ball mount is left on the bars.
Thanks for all the pictures,
Don.

Thanks for the pictures, that is where I had mounted the quest, so the zumo might go in the same place.

Seen this mod on the American site, did you have any problem with adjusting the rear brake?
