Headlights are a must.  Several routes that you can go down for this.  Do this now, its starting to get darker out there.
R6 rear shock.

Yeh you can find my blog here:
http://www.curzonweb.co.uk/category/white-collar-boxing/
Have spent the last few years battling with my back,   December - April this year i was having a real hard time walking, physio's had given up and left me to the surgeons.  I started walking unaided in April just prior to my surgery consultation, and have slowly been building up the fitness, quite literally starting out from walking, where 50 meters was tiring.
Kinda figured, fukkit, i started the year fighting to walk, may as well finish the year fighting.
Not sure how/if i should, bring it up at work... HR will probably have kittens.  But i have a minimum number of tickets to sell, and if i have to get the work colleagues in, then i will do.
Formal training started saturday just gone.  I couldnt make that, so i went on the tuesday instead.  I was the only novice there, everyone else was fighting on the friday, including some championship contenders.  I thnk i put in a reasonable account for myself, but a HUGE difference in fitness between me and those guys!
Mondays - 3 mile run at lunch
Tues evening - Boxing
Wed/thurs - off
Fri - 3 mile run at luch
Sat - Boxing
That is pretty much my routine at the moment.  I'm 41 years old, have had a 20+/day smoking habit for the past 25 years, and have had to start my fitness training from absolute zero (walking).
Fight is on either Dec 5th or Dec 6th.

Havent had a good look yet.  I think its a loose connection somewhere, as this morning it was doing it, then i briefly parked up (bumped front wheel into a kerb as i parked) and it stopped doing it, then after gettng rolling again, it started doing it again.
FYI - the LED aux lights, and the LED sidelights (no longer have the standard bulb in place) both connect in parallel to the pre-exising sidelight connector for +/- via a connector block, so i suspect something is loose there.

« on: 25 September 2014, 05:22:36 pm »
Noticed this yesterday, may have been happening for a while but i really dont know...
From my sidelight connector, i also have feed to some LED running lights.
If my lights are OFF... putting either the front or the rear brake on, the dash illuminates and my sidelights/LED's come on.  Release the brake and they go off.
If the lights are ON, then there are no adverse effects.  Brake lights still come on and off correctly.
Any recommendations of a good starting point to attack with the multimeter?

Cheers

These are 'roo skin leathers, rrp of around £850.  Have seen the same on Ebay at £295 (used).

My ones are much faster!  These are grey/black.  They have a few scuffs here and there, but they are an awesome set of leathers, with removable lining etc.

here's a link to flickr:
https://flic.kr/p/eDcT2h

These would fit 5'7 - 5'11 slim/med build.  I have put on a few stone since, and they're a little too snug for me now.

They are in Harlow, Essex, so that is where they will need to be collected from.

Price - £150 no offers.

Clearly a nonsense thread and a 'idiots guide' ... Literally. End of
Not entirely sure what you trying to say here buddy...  Nonsense thread?  Hmmm... one of the biggest gripes i read about is the poor (actually, dangerous) stock headlights on the boxeye.  So does someone actually getting off his arse to do something about them make this nonsense?  I dont know.  I do know that the nights will be drawing in soon enough, and i'll be able to see where i'm going, without having to rely on tailgating a vehicle that has decent headlights :D

I don't think you'll be far wrong with either really. The 725 will give you more preload adjustability with the mrs.

Mac1984 - i'm anywhere between 12-13st naked so probably between 13/13.5st kitted, plus carrying in the top box.  I used a 725lb spring.

Low Speed 13 out
High Speed 2 out

go for an R6 shock from Kebab.  Several of us were fitting these and came up with slight improvements each time, Kebab has taken the best of the various options and put it together as a ready to fit solution at a very fair price.

You'll also need a different banjo bolt, as the OE is designed for a single line, but when you have 2 at the MC, the bolt needs to be longer.

PM me.  I am working and will be in and out of Hyde Park all day.  PM's will come to my email.  I wont be logging in and out of FOC as i have backstage stuff to be getting on with.

McBusted tickets are gone.  I'll have a check see if i have any more (possible), but would need to collect from Essex.
Just to re-iterate, Black Sabbath tickets are E Tickets, i can email them. You will need to print them and bring them along.  I wont be able to 'meet you at the gate' as i will be on the other side of the stage

Just got out of hospital with the missus, looks unlikely that i'll make Black Sabbath tomorrow, so i potentially have 4 available.  Definitely 2, and i'll know later in the day if theres another 2.
These are E Tickets, so i can email them over.  You would need to print them and take them with you.

Also, McBusted on Sunday is not looking likely.  These are physical paper tickets and would need collecting from me in Essex.
