I don't think I have that picture anymore, yet another casualty of my divorce I'm afraid so if anyone can post a copy here I'd be grateful and I know it'd make Jo laugh.  :lol

Thanks Jonty.  :kiss I am so lucky, she's a good 'un. Six months now and nothing about Jo phases me at all. It really is a second chance of happiness, for both of us I guess. I've never been so poor yet never been so happy. MMM Hmmm, a Foccers stag weekend. Hmm....... ;)

It's all gone quiet now but I think, while paying for another item on ebay, I've inadvertently given him his money back. Been days all week while chasing my own ass during this time and not had time to look into this but will do so now.  :\

I'd like to try and make the spring meet but I'm now back on shift so it depends but I'd like to come with Jo and the dogs. It's been too long. Timmy, Jo aint a cop mate, she's a nurse, sometimes a secretary and occasionally a Nun.  :D

In another post I referred to my lovely girlfriend, Joanne (negates camp comments by not using Jo) as being 'possibly' the future Mrs Madley and have received stick for this ever since. I would like to confirm that I am very pleased to announce that 'Jo' has agreed to marry me.
Now that's me out of the crap time to save for that ring. :lol :lol :lol

Got horribly pissed last night having been out for curry and beers. When we got home we decided to play scrabble and in a moment of drunken madness I decided to swallow a handful of pieces. Well the curry's pushing through now so I'm off for a toilet visit............

Could spell trouble! :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin

This ain't going away. This guy is a pain in the ass and says he can't get any network yet O2 have told me that this phone connected to their network, twice, between the 25th and 28th of February so he's a lying bastid :uhuh  I will acknowledge that there is a reception issue with older Iphones but that's the way they are, if the signal's half decent, they're good. He won't be getting any money back from me. :deal :moon

Got this old guy who sometimes comes to stay in our 130 year old house and swears he sees an elderly gent just sat there in the chair. Hate to tell him that it's just his own reflection ;)  As for the damp musty smell, bladder problems and the chill? Put the heating on ya tight arse :lol

General / Iphone help please.
« on: 27 February 2012, 09:13:55 pm »
I've sold my Iphone 3gs to a chap on ebay who says that he can't now get it to work as it shows  no network. He's on O2 and so was/am I. I went to the O2 shop to trade up to the new 4S and they sorted everything out and I left the shop with a working 4S and a working but unconnected 3GS. So, what's the score? Why can't he get it to work and pick up a network?
I've advised him to speak with O2 or to take it to any independent dealer who should be able to sort out, what I feel to be a very simple problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Good point RR. Trust , me there's little worse than having an incident captured on cctv with such massive pixalation that the offender looks like they're made of lego. :\

Hmmmm! I've dealt with CCTV particularly in pubs and clubs and night vision cameras are really hit and miss. I believe the trade call them low light cameras. For your application they would have to be 'fit for purpose' so before you buy I'd state your requirements in a system. Another consideration is Ebay isn't always the cheapest and you may get a better deal locally plus all the support that should come with it. Good luck bud. :)

Wasn't it a brain aneurysm that he had? Only the possibly future Mrs Madley survived one about seventeen years ago and I'm told not many do survive such things.
