I am having issues with mine - but I have contacted Wemoto, who I purchased it from, and they told me the warranty is only one year. I queried that and they checked and confirmed it is definitely one year.

So, if like me you found this thread looking for info and thinking you could still claim on the warranty - it ain't 2 years any more!

Mine is two weeks shy of two years old :(

Mind you, if it's not holding charge after just two years, why shouldn't I buy a cheapo and just buy a neew one every year or so? £80 should get me more than 2 years' worth.

Edit - yup, just looky here:

18 months from wholesale sale. So if your dealer has had it in stock for say 7 months then you only get 11 months warranty!
