noise from gearbox

Hi guys , i am new in this forum and my english is not very good , but i wana have some help from you . I have first my bike FZS1000 fazer 2002 105kw . Problem is from gearbox or from clutch . Then i pushing first gear sound is not realy nice , and bike then move a little bit to front , next one is sound from gearbox .When gear is on , no metter what gear , i hear sound like - tak tak tak , but when rpm is up , sound gone . And when i am going on the road on the free rpm , my bike is twitching , i put the video , that twitching on video feels on 3th gear.   maybe it help you understand about what i am talking , thanks for any help...

Hi and welcome -  I haven't watched the video but you could remove the sprocket cover to check that the retaining nut is secure and the tab washer is in place. It would also be an opportunity to clean out any build up og grease / chain lube.  The sprocket nut can become loose and even come off the spline which would cause some of the issues you are having. Also objects can get stuck in the grease buildup and cause the sort of clicking that you have.

i will check all what you said , but i think its problem with gearbox or clutch , becouse the sound from gearbox is not that sound what have to be... And how much can move a  front sprocket to both side   ? Mine is moving about on one tooth... is it normal?

Watched the video looks and sounds like a really sloppy chain or a seized link or two.

Chain looks focced to me, also looks over adjusted (to tight)

Post a close up picture of the front sprocket.

With the engine turned off and bike out of gear, use your thumb and index finger try and pull the chain away from the rear sprocket directly behind the chain adjuster, how far in mm can you pull the chain back.
