Well just thought I had better give an update to where I finished up with this one.
Two thing I did to the bike 1. rebalanced the carbs and 2. Fitted a werx end can and link pipe.
Took it for a 150 mile run and no problems at all surging completely gone.
Noticable differance with the jet kit,
Pulls like a train throughout the rev range and a definate increase in top end rush.
Good example my mate has a zrx1200 both opened them up at around 60ish slightly pulled away then woosh gone as the revs built up did have the advantage before but not as noticable as this.
Mileage, yes slightly less to the tank but not significantly so, this was a bit of a suprise, I am talking about 15ish miles less.
Oh another thing which is a bit addictive and will no doubt get me into trouble at some point, pull away in first open the throttle and as the revs rise it just simply lifts the front end, no blipping of throttle or use of clutch, didnt do this before.
Only down side erractic tick over which is more of an annoyance than anything. Tends to be a bit low when warm and choke off and a bit high when engine hot, but can live with this.
Overall if youve nothing else to do with your money, well worth it.
