ouch! that's not from BG is it?
if it's a baxi or potterton then they'll do a fixed price repair for about £300ish. 3

and even if there had been Flymo would have lost the case. There has to be a large obvious label on the device itself because users cannot be expected to read the instruction manual.

I'm now on my 7th Triumph. Love them to bits. Rode a Tiger once, never owned one. Mate has the 800, having alternated between big Tigers and GS's for years.
1050 Sprint is a great bike....... early ones had lower bars which could be what did your wrists. What age/money are you looking at? 10

maybe if he spent the money you have on modding his Sprint it would be more of a "comparison".

clutch switch, sidestand switch - those would be my first ports of call. kill switch can cause the same - best thing is not to use it.
give them a clean with some contact cleaner. 18
Fazer 1000/FZ1 corner / Re: Bleeding the front brake: lever distance from the bar« on: 27 June 2012, 08:44:38 am »
what mileage is on the bike?
I had similar years ago with high mileage calipers............. the pistons had worn and formed a "waist" that was narrower than the rest of the piston. the pistons would sit at rest in the seals at that "waist". the cure was new pistons all round the front calipers. I'd done all the rest................ seals, fluid, lines, master cylinder 19

For Sale & Wanted / Re: Held Spark leather trousers« on: 23 June 2012, 10:30:27 pm »
I'm just shy of 6'.
According to the Held csize chart they are a 33-34" leg..... measured on the outside I think. see here: http://www.getgeared.co.uk/core/media/media.nl?id=4854&c=731612&h=5a1ad87bd4cca7d6e90e I usually wear a 32" leg in jeans and these are the right length on the bike. 24
