I had just washed it.

FZS600 Fazer / Tyre advice please
« on: 04 June 2012, 04:43:31 pm »
I bet not the first to ask this........ wats the best LONG LASTING tyre for my 2000 fzs 600? I have continental contimotions at the moment and the rear has only lasted about 3000 miles and I can see wire! Ok abit happy on the throttle but I hoped for better! not a demon in the bends so not after an ultra grippy tyre, just something that lasts, any ideas?

Is is an offence to be in possession of any sharply bladed or poited article unless it a tool of the trade and you have good reason to have it on you. Any locking blade is an offensive weapon per se.i

Suppose I'll have to come clean.

I was at the police driving school doing my advanced car refresher when i was told, did make me giggle. I was imagining the hand signals i would be making at the driver.  :D

Lol the hand signals were not naughty! You and I wear the same uniform and I was with the boys in London
yesterday. just glad it hit he, might have stung a bit!

Again it's a small world, just logged onto the fed forum and saw the same user name and a pic of your Fazer, thought it couldn't be another coincidence.

Tis a small world indeed, yep me on the fed forum

Should have stopped, picked it up, put it under your arm and then pulled alongside him.

We were in the outside lane and it went towards the central reservation.

:rollin travelling allong the M4 today behind a Police ford focus, I noticed the large blue plastic cover on the roof lights looked loose. I was just about to try and get the drivers attention when it flew of and hit the road missing m by about 2 feet. I went allongsie ad tried hand signals to explain wt happened. The poor guy driving looked t me like I was a madman and slowed down to let me pass
looks like the cut backs are effecting maintenance!

It is a criminal offence to shine a light or laser at an aircraft with intent to dazzle or distract the pilot, its a fairly recent law and was brought in due to the increase in this sort of incident.

I was up the Elan valley today, as you can see here in Wales we do not have a word for drought, in fact we have aout 150 percent of the water we need.

Top job! found mod 2 much easier than mod 1, its just a ride out with a bit more concentration. g get em!

« on: 09 April 2012, 11:01:46 pm »
:o Just so you know...... if you did go out on an unrestricted bike wth arestricted license, you would be done for driving other than in accordance of your license, te dealer would be done for permiting you and the bike would be seized.

Its a tricky one  :\
