What year is the luggage rack for? Also is there a chance of a picture? Just want to see how bad it needs a paint.

I had it on a 2001 ,it comes with the spacers so i think it fits both paint work needs doing but not badly

Not good with pics but its a good condition fender extender by pyramid plastics just google it.
