Newbie FZS600 98 Gold
« on: 13 January 2013, 05:23:49 pm »
Hello you little foccers.
Newbie here in the East midlands, got a gold 98 FZS600 and looking for info on tweaks you've done to yours. I use mine for Moto Gymkhana (what's that? - check out www.motogymkhana.org). Done a trackday last year on it scrape, scrape. Bought some LSL footrest riser plates which lift up and back. hopefully make the scraping noise go away.
Anyway, hello

Welcome! The LSL footrest mod sounds interesting. I'm doing the Moto Gymkhana experience day in April at Kempton, really looking forward to it!

Hi, wherabouts in UK are you? I could put you in touch with some of the Moto G riders in your area if you like. Fazers are sooooo smooth on the throttle so good for a go at moto gymkhana. I've been dragging pegs so will try the LSL this year to lift feet up a bit.  Have fun at Kempton in April and will see you there I expect. I'm in the Nottingham area.

I'm in London -  if you know anybody down this way that'd be great, thank you. I think I saw a gold Fazer on the Moto G facebook page recently -  must have been you? Seen Fox-eye silver Fazer aswell, good to know it's a good choice  :)

Guilty, it's me on the Gold Fazer.  there's a few knocking about, silver, blue. Drop in to http://www.facebook.com/MotoGymkhanaUK and we'll link you up with one of our guys in the London area.
