It's looking the worse for wear after a week commuting in the rain now,But there is something deeply medicinal comes from spending 3 hours cleaning a bike ;-)
Quite happy doing it, just not happy doing it weekly! Can't wait till the better weather, at least I'll get a month out of a good clean then :-)Seriously considering slowly dismantling it bit by bit each day off I get then deep cleaning the components before refitting with stainless fixings, serious dough involved in posh bolts though :-/
I bit the bullet and bought this one today. Collect it Saturday, so my maiden voyage will be from derby to Kent!

Yeah, I've got to make a serious commitment to keep it really clean, but I don't want it to turn into a sunny weekend queen, it's a daily rider and like you if I can just stay on top of it I'll be really happy.Chrome or stainless headers would be a bonus though!

I seem to remember reading in classic m/c mech's there are kits available for Diy.
My Fazer. Had it nearly a year since I passed my test. Love it!
