Starter relay

My bike wont start! The starter relay has the red cable connected from the battery but the black cable has come loose. Does any one know what bolt size I need to re-attach. Attached a picture to make more sense.

Disconnect the battery negative lead first to prevent accidentally shorting the positive to the frame

I had a guess it was the starter relay straight away because it was ticking when the bikes turned on

Is that a bit of burning on the relay where the bolt was? If the bolt was loose it would cause a bad connection and high resistance and that causes heat and possible burning or arcing. If it is burnt give it a clean.
