Has anyone any ideas why my fazer will not rev over 5 k when riding but will rev freely when stood still?

Has anyone found/made rear suspension bushes/bearings that fit the rear suspension linkage, coz even with new ones I still have play in mine! or are they all like that? any mod to cure it?

Hi has anyone got the standard dogbones for a fazer 1000 gen 1? I am about to fit an ohlins rear shock and need to try standard and a jacked up dogbones, I have a R6 conversion at the mo, can you tell me eye to eye length of a standard shock please? thanks

Fazer 1000/FZ1 corner / FZS 1000 FZS 600 Fairing swop

Along time ago i read a post on here (or the other one) about a guy that swapped over the fairing of a 600 to a 1000 and vise versa but now cant find the post, can anyone help? both bikes were yellow if that helps
what i really need to know is will the fairing from a 600 fit on to the fairing bracket of a 1000? and are the headlights the same or different,just like the look of the pointy screen on the 6 better, and its winter so gotta do summat!

Just got a pair of galespeed type R alloy wheels for my gen 1 1000, and was wondering if anyone has had these fitted and if they have a rear 530 44 t sprocket they dont want? 9well worth an ask i spose)
