apologies for covering this yet again (as it's a well done subject) but i'm after fitting a wingrack to my fzs600.

I know that the kits are like rocking horse turds, so wondered how others had done them without the kit? Is the universal kit any good and if so has anyone on here done it?

How about you fabrication wizards? any of you around yorkshire fancy a bash for some beer tokens? I'm getting a little desperate with it all partly because i'm impatient and partly because I'm without a  top box at all at the moment and use it a fair bit!

I have seen a krauser kit on fleabay, but the panniers are ridiculously expensive!
