what year was it ChristoT? looking for a LHS rear footpeg & hanger for 2003 model

It was a 2000 model. Just so you know, I've had some large pillion passengers, so there are a few little cracks in the aluminum.

will try and post some pics tonight, weather permitting  ;)

cheers m8 - i think the hangers are different on the 2003 model. will keep looking

No, they're the longer ones, therefore the right ones. The only thing to worry about is the crack (as mentionned)

sorry lazarus....no piccies tonight, too much rain  :(

I could be interested in the tyres. What sizes (hoping for stock) and price for both? Having read about about the dented rims, I'll be happy to take than as is and remove the tyres myself.

And NO, I don't want tow bar!  : D

The tyres are both Michelin Pilot Road 3s, barely done 1,000 miles. Front looked a bit buggered at the scene (looked like a stone had got between the rim and the tyre), but it may be OK on closer inspection. If it is, £120 for the pair? If not, I'd take £70 for the rear.

That towbar WILL save your bike should an old biddy rear end you -  happened to a friend, he reckons he would have dropped the bike had it not been fitted. And if your bike were to fall over, it save your rear faring (as I can attest). Consider it a safety device!! There is a standard car electric plug too - Red98 will be able to remove it, and join it to the towbar when the spare key gets there!! It's a bargain, it cost closer to £300 to have the bloody thing built, as it is very heavy duty, plasma cut steel. It bolts on (yes, all bolts) in 5 minutes. Means you can tow a small car trailer 2m long by 1m wide, and weighing 150kg when loaded. The way to show off the track bike when arriving at a trackday!!

Hugger is still available.

If discs are OK (they're half worn, mind, but I don;t think they're warped)- the pair for £80?

Fizzy - just for you, I'll sell you the trailer for £500 - and throw in the towbar for free. Collection from France.  :lol :lol :lol

How much are you after for the carburettors?

Probably not much more than £60 - but I'd like to keep them nearish the bike until the engine sells to prove the engine is in good working order. Be advised they have a 33bhp restrictor in, and may need a bit of fettling to get them back up to par (balancing at the very least).

Red98 is probably a better man to talk to on that front!
