With a good fairing, most of that would be deflected and given he was doing 180mph, he was probably on a Blackbird, Busa or a ZZR 1400 which are all designed to keep the wind off you at that speed.

Cbr1000rr apparently and also owns a MT-09.... not bad for a 19year old who (even if he tried to be legal ) isn't old enough to get a license for either of those 😒Not stolen either, he actually owned the bikes just without license or insurance so makes you wonder how long he's been riding about?
I've long said its easy enough to ride a bike without a license as long as its insured (by someone with one) and you ride it sensibly.
