as title says, i bought this as a project a couple of years ago but never got round to doing anything with it. has only done 2000 miles in last six years, loads of reciepts and old mots
its got 29000 gen miles
hel braided brake lines
factory hugger
r1 shift lever
zx9 adjustable clutch lever
renthall bars and cross brace
double bubble screen
akrapovic can, sounds nice
blue engine bolts
givi top box
maxton rear shock
bad bits its all just a little tired, paintwork has a few scratches and knocks.
paint flaking off engine in places
the final good point, i took it for a mot today and it sailed through with no advisories so it comes with a full new mot
£1700 or nearest offer, will make a great bike just needs a bit of tlc

hi
had a look at my exup valve this afternoon, well its not siezed which is a bonus and it parks itself in the right place when the ignition is turned on, the only issue i can see besides some bolts needing drilling out as normal on the end plate is that the pulley nd where the valve comes through the end plate theres a lot of movement as though theres a worn bush in there , or dont worry about it ?

Oh well lol, I've got my standard lights, ite the resistors and diodes I but in the wiring, I've lost my sketches and cant remember what they were, cheers anyway

it looks a bit ragged around the edges when you get closer, few scratches and dinks, the can has a ripple in it, engine paint is flaking wheels need a polish, just all a bit tired, don't think ill touch it this year just fresh oil and filter, might pull it to bits next winter and get it all painted up but for the moment its got me back on the road, feels like a good engine mechanically everything is bang on

hi all not been on here for a very long time but used to be very active on here with my old fzs and fz1, any how ive just bought a 2001 fzs 1000 and was wondering if anybody recognises it, the guy I got it off has had it 10 yrs and hes done nothing to it really , its got an akro can on it and a Maxton rear shock, id like some idea of any mods that may have been done ideally if its been fitted with a jet kit and which one, martin  ] [IMG]
