I'm doing a clear out so have the following freebies to offer. Collection is best but I can post some items if I get beer tokens via PayPal.
So it is:
Complete fzs600 cylinder head including cams, rocker, shims valves (everything). One of the exhaust nut holes needs a repair/re tap/heli
2 fzs600 wheels 1xfront with ok tyre, 1x rear no tyre but wavy disc which needs work to get the nuts off. ****1st dibs red98****
Box of carbon exhausts +a stubby metal one, all damaged in some way but was looking to cut up and make stubby but not my style now I guess...
Box of various fzs600 bits. There's a rear brake that's working, full switch gear, couple of loud horns, working stator and wiring loom. All of a 99 model.
I can post pictures later but either way I'm not fussed, if you guys don't want them the metal man/dump can. Let me know via here or pm or both what you want.

Just testing the water to see if there will be interest.
Potentially up for sale a 1999 fazer 600 engine. Complete unit. It has the foxeye alternator fitted which helps with the foxeye mod! New clutch plates/springs 800miles ago which is also when a new cam chain was fitted and all valve clearances checked (all with in tolerances). The mileage is about 70k. No knocks, rattles and all gears select perfect!!! Can post a video of it running.
Now is there anyone who might be interested?

I say go for it mate! Thanks for the shout out too, probably got a few more bits you might be interested in so let me know if you come up short!
Projects for me have always been a great way of spending time with the other half away from those pesky things that get in the way like work and GFs lol!
Hes got time on his hands and wants a bike again, as long as he doesnt want to powdercoat every little piece straight away and buy every bolt in titanium then the cost wont be too high. 1 offs can be expensive and time consuming, as for me my longest term project is now over 6years old! A little time spent every now and then slowly taking shape for the time when I have kids and probably have to sell it! But I will sell it when its finished damn it!
As for insurance, try carole nash, very forgiving with mods (last time I had a very modded ntv)

Christo ive got a frankenstein boxeye fairing that you could melt together plus mirrors and stay/headlight also speedo dials. All yours if you pick up a project with no plastics/heavy front end damage! Free of course mate just come on down and ill put the kettle on!!

Hi Deefer, I'm waiting on some renthals to arrive. My standard bars are yours when they come! I'm sure the chrome is good as the bike has been covered with ACF50 since Ive had it! If not ill tell you tuesday! £20 posted ok?

I have a set of TCP ones in silver just like the pic for the foxeye. Not fitted yet, I'll wait untill the ice has come and gone! Quality is good, solid and the fitting looks very tidy! Got from a member on the forum, will post pictures when I get my arse in gear and actually make the bike look pretty.....

No idea why people fit the grips like that with the wire coming towards you. Just seemed odd why I test fit mine, I decided best to have the wires on top, 135 degrees this way of yours. No chance of interference that way, levers switches etc. Anyway glad you got sorted :thumbs
I'm obviously the black sheep...The clutch side I have facing me, the throttle side I have facing forward and run the cable along the throttle lines....
That was how I was going to fit them originally but after test fitting I chose the way you see in the pics with the wires coming towards the rider. They keep well out of the way like that and look a bit tidier IMO.
