meant that you didn't know how to turn tapatalk off (and hence this thread). Now I'm confused.

Maybe go at it from an animal welfare view and don't mention barking, or at least it disturbing you. Thus they may take better care of it without giving them an opportunity to get back at your noise. Or report them to the RSPCA ;)

I often say to smart phone users 'Try turning Tapatalk off to see what you think of the site's default mobile skin' however not having the app myself I have no idea how to do this.

So how does one turn it off? Ta :)

Also, by law all CC revenue must be spent on public transport (something like 95% goes on busses) whereas the Westminster charge will just go into their coffers.

Just to say that Westminster Council is totally separate from TfL (who take the congestion charge) so it is not really a sneaky CC for bikes but a money maker for Westminster. Also note that the other London boroughs in the CC zone do not charge bikes parking.
