Having had a Triumph Tiger 1050 for 6 months & had nothing but problems, I part exed for FAZER 800.I've  had the bike since the start of June 2013 and put nearly 2000 miles on it, what a brilliant bike fast fun and reliable.

I did exactly the same blueowl, had a tiger for 4 months and couldn't get on with it. Had my fz1s now since Nov last year, awesome bikes, and a superb forum!
loads of fazer slags on here to help, so feel free to hurl abuse at everyone, most of them won't bite (just the kinky ones ;) )

So, Erm, welcome to the foc-ers! Now lets see the new metal buddy. :D
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!

Out of interest chaps, is the fazer 8 built any more for comfort than the FZ1, or are they basically the same bike with different sized engines?
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike

Hi blueowl, welcome to FOC-U!
Haven't seen any of the 8 guys on the ride outs I've done so far, looking forward to one with all models - good photo op!
Enjoy the forum and keep getting out there - summer ain't done yet!
