I know lots do it but never really been a fan of "Streetfightering" a perfectly good faired bike.. Throwing money at and reducing a bikes value at the same time doesnt do it for me. Now if it had been crashed thats a whole different thing  :)
Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it...

This is the look I'm going for. Obviously the spacing will be better once it's finished

That looks quite nice actually.

I was gonna criticise someone that gets a sport tourer bike and then modifies it to make it neither sporty or comfortable for touring. You might as well trade it in for a bandit!  :rolleyes ;) :b :lol

I do not know if they fit BUT I did swap out the forks on an R6 for R1, I had to change the triple tree as well to the R1 one but they worked well and improved the bike no end.

worth investigating

I'm looking at possibly streetfightering mine too. It's just a commuter, but I'm quite liking the naked look.

And buy a bandit????? Wash your mouth out Bretty!!!

I seen a picture of a Fazer with a ZXR400 tailpiece today, looked quite good, one of the shots from underneath showed most of the seat subframe intact so doesn't look to much of a job to fit it.

Not at home but when I get the chance I'll post a picture
Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!

heres a couple pics of mine all painted up, pretty much finished now

I have thought ahead and made sure that i can put it all back to standard should the time come that I decide to move it on, as i'm sure, unless its something really special, its worth more in standard form.
