Measure the inside diameter, and the cross section, then look on e bay for that size “o” ring. You may have to buy 10, that’s more than you need but far cheaper than carb kits. Look out for ethanol resistant material.

I have done it this way on a cbr600 and a bandit 1200 pilot jets in the past.

Hope this helps.

Wemoto.com are showing the seals in stock, £5.62 + £3.00 postage to the UK.  Looks like the collar is out of stock though.

I remembered we’re I read it. It is on Bennett’s insurance website.

Some BMW dealers workshops are open for service/ repairs for key workers, so you might be able to get it serviced.
On some models, the first/ run in service interval has been stretched from 600 miles to 1200.

VNA-BMW Wank.

I have read somewhere recently that most manufacturers including BMW have extended their bike service intervals and warranty periods, because of the issues the corona virus is causing.

Yeah standard length bolts.
When you fit crash bungs you get longer bolts with them, well you do if you fit Yamaha ones.

Yeah Bolt diameter, not the Hexagon head size.    :)

Off memory, I don’t think the nuts are captive.

Hello. Thundercat clutch pressure plate is the same part number on Fowler’s website.
So is another option to search for a used one from breaker/ e bay maybe.

Good luck.   :)

Hi Agricola.  Yeah that’s the type I was looking at getting. A local paint shop has them on e bay for £10.50. So going to get one and use it solely for acf50.  Thank you very much for your input, much appreciated.

Cheers mate.   :D

Hi Agricola. Totally agree with you about that useless trigger bottle that is supplied with acf50, I have tried different types/makes of atomiser bottles, all useless.

I am interested to know, if you don’t mind me picking your brain. What type of spray gun do you use?
Would it be like a small paint spray gun?  I have seen on e bay a HVLP mini spray gun 0.8mm.  For £10.50. Is that the type of thing you use? Or could you point me in the right direction please if not.

Cheers mate.   :D

Hello Ian.

Found the undertray, I have included some photo's of it, if you want more let me know.
it has been lurking in my garage for years, it is obviously "not new" but it is unused, never been fitted. Unfortunately I do not know who the manufacturer was.
I have no packaging, fitting instructions etc. I think it should be easy enough to work out how to fit it.

Any more info you want, if your interested in it and it is what your looking for just shout up and I will reply asap.
Cheers.

Regards.
Phil.

Hello Ian.  I think I still have one in my garage. It is unused but in no packaging. I will dig it out tomorrow and send you some photos of it. Have a look, see what you think of it and let me know if it is what you are looking for.
