Thunder in the glen run Aviemore Scotland
«
on:

Hi all, a group of fazer owners from the Scottish borders are heading up to the thunder in the glen event in Aviemore on Saturday 29th August , are any fazer owners from other areas going thru to this event? Our route is heading up through Callander , then the green welly at tyndrum, through glen Coe and fort William, then accross the cairngorm national park to aviemore, be an epic run

I was done near Tyndrum on Tuesday night - was stopped doing 80 in a 60
Only thing was they didn't write the actual speed on the ticket - it just says "Ride at mph in 60mph limit". Now could I make things worse by fighting it or just take it on the chin...!

I'll be there on my other bike (unfaithful tart I know!) and camping there as I can't afford the hotel costs which is pitched at Harley owners!

I might join you for part of the journey weather permitting......coming up from Glasgow to meet at Green Welly.......then onto Spean Bridge....then I've got the option of Kinloch Laggen and back.....or up continue the A82....canny be arsed with going onto Aviemore as the A9 is pish boring and not a fan of Harleys either.

I was hoping to catch up with you all at Tyndrum and maybe go as far as Spean Bridge but the weather isn't looking great at the moment.
The bike has been off the road for the last month and I'm gagging to get a good ride or two in before Autumn sets in. Oh wait a minute - it already has!!
